The Women’s Leadership Conference was created by the Howard County Chamber of Commerce as a platform to recognize women in every stage of their profession. Starting with a focus on business development within government contracting, the conference has since grown to now serve professional women across industries and throughout the region. The purpose of the conference is to offer professional women of all levels the opportunity to grow and successfully advance their careers while networking with other professionals, leaders, and mentors in the community.
