2-Day Small Business Procurement Conference.

15^th Annual SMART PROC Small Business Procurement Conference in Frederick November 30 and December 1, 2017. Center strategic partner SMART Executive Director Robert Carullo and center alliance partner Maryland Department of Commerce Secretary Michael Gill are among the speakers for this event featuring working sessions, networking, and exhibits of benefit to large contractors, small businesses, minority- and women-owned concerns, and businesses run by service-disabled veterans who want to understand what it takes to thrive in today’s competitive procurement arena. New sessions this year  will include discussion of CISO Panel on priorities in the new administration, FAR Changes, State contracting, special small business development targeted sessions, proposal writing, and new programs to team with Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
