MD MEP’s Manufacturing Workforce Innovation 2022 is the first-ever conference focused on providing manufacturing leaders and HR professionals with insights, best practices, and industry trends to solve current and future workforce challenges. This one-day, in-person, event will include keynote speakers, breakout sessions and opportunities for networking with other manufacturing professionals. Each session is intended to provide insights, strategies and tools that can be implemented to promote organizational change.

One of the most passionate and decorated coaches at the collegiate level, former Maryland standout and four-time National Coach of the Year Cathy Reese has had unprecedented success, standing as the all-time winningest coach in Maryland women’s lacrosse history, leading the Terps to five National Championships, 11 Final Fours and 20 Conference Championships in 15 years as head coach.
In her tenure as the head coach of the University of Maryland Coach Reese has successfully and continually built teams that are not only known for winning at the highest level but teams that are well known for creating a culture and environment where athletes perform. Coach Reese will share insights into how she motivates her players and attracts new talent through passion, leadership and culture, creating the top women’s lacrosse program in the country.
