Existing businesses and entrepreneurs are assisted through individual assessment, one-on-one business management counseling, seminars, technical assistance and referrals within a cooperative network of government agencies, educational institutions, community organizations, and private sector partners.

Do you have questions about a specific solicitation you are pursuing? This workshop will provide vendors with tips, insight, guidance and valuable assistance in their submission of simple requests for quotes to complex technical requests for proposals. The various topics covered are:
- What is an RFP?
- How to write a response to an RFP, IFB, RFP Sources Sought, Request for Qualifications and how they differ
- Sample RFP questions
- What are RFP deciding criteria and evaluation factors
- Negotiation
- When to bid or no-bid and
- What factors to include when developing a price quote or price proposal
