The Baltimore City Mayor’s Office of Small and Minority Business Advocacy & Development (SMBA&D) launched the B2G Diversity Management System to monitor Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) goals that are set on contracts.

Partnering with VMA, MBDA Baltimore supports manufacturers in navigating industry challenges, accessing training programs, and expanding their market reach. This collaboration strengthens the manufacturing ecosystem across Virginia and beyond.

MBDA Baltimore works with MMG to provide access to capital and alternative financing solutions for minority-owned businesses. This partnership strengthens the financial foundation of manufacturers in the Mid-Atlantic.

MBDA Baltimore collaborates with the City of Baltimore's Minority & Women-Owned Business Development office to provide essential resources and advocacy for minority manufacturers.

The Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council was established in 1972. It is one of 23 regional affiliates of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, the only nationally certifying authority. CRMSDC also operates one U.S. Department of Commerce Virginia Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Business Center.

Through this partnership, MBDA Baltimore connects minority manufacturers with state-level resources, funding opportunities, and certifications. The goal is to enhance economic inclusion and support the success of diverse businesses.
